With 37 residential units being part of the overall project, this will provide the successful restaurant owner a built-in clientele as most users will be vacationing and more inclined to use the restaurant service vs cooking.

There is currently the possibility of developing a rooftop patio space for the restaurant that would have elevator access to a dedicated roof are with amazing views of the entire Bay of Banderas.
Retail Bays
There are two additional retails bays. The large bay has been rented long-term by Farmacia Benevidas. This along with the one remaining retail space will create good traffic flow to and from the Cuatro Estaciones location.
