Monthly HOA fees have not been set, but owners should expect $70-$78 Mexican pesos per square meter. We find this to be the average in the area, and everything can be voted on at the first HOA meeting.

For the first 2 years, the HOA will be managed by the developer´s corporation, to ensure and put in place a good set up for all Owners. After that time, the Homeowners Association will vote to decide if any changes are needed.

The following is an example of what it could be covered in the HOA fees:

While it is preferred that owners pay their interim HOA fees by way of bank transfer, the Developer will be able to accept credit card payment with a 5% service fee to cover the credit card processing fees.

With Cinco de Mayo rental management, you are gaining an entire team dedicated to vacation rentals, making your investment a real passive income stream. This service will be offered at a commission-based rate. 20% is the going local rate for rental commissions, not including taxes.


Pre-Construction Condo Sales in Bucerias

20% deposit, equal monthly installments, final payment due at delivery of the unit.

Our prices are discounted in order to incentivize our early investors. As more units sell, prices will likely increase between 10-20%.

After your initial minimum 20% sales deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into equal monthly installments. We always tell buyers to budget around 10% of the purchase price for notary & closing costs, but it will likely be under 8%.

If you are on the fence, you can reserve your spot in the project for 14 days with a $5,000 USD deposit while you decide if you wish to move forward and purchase a unit. If you end up changing your mind, you can request a full refund of this deposit any time prior to 14 days.
